You can electronically apply for any of our available vacancies found in the “Listings” tab in one of two ways. You can click the link below, which will take you to our business application portal, or you can apply via Zillow.
Residential Rental Requirements and Procedures
**If we are unable to verify information on the application, it shall be considered incomplete and will not be processed until we receive the missing information.**
Applicants will need to supply 3 months of checking and savings account statements and 2 most recent pay stubs OR last two years of tax returns if self-employed for an application to be considered "complete" and to begin processing.
A fully completed application and a $30 processing fee is required for all persons 18 years of age and older. The application processing fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of credit checks, staff time, phone/fax costs, and inquiries needed to verify application information.
Rental eligibility is based on income, employment history, rental history, and credit history.
All of these factors are considered during the application review process.
A $30 processing fee for each person(s) 18 and older is payable by bank account or debit/credit card on our electronic application or by cash, personal check, money order, or cashier's check for physical applications.
Application forms are available to anyone interested in a rental property we offer.
All applications are reviewed on an equal basis. No “first come” policy in place.
Applications typically require 3-5 business days to process but in some instances may take more time.
Processing time depends on our ability to verify information on the application.
Most of our rentals do not allow pets. If a unit does accept pets, we have a separate pet application that needs to be filled out FOR EACH ANIMAL that intends to occupy the unit. Please ask for more information if you have a pet.
Vacant units often have a specific move-in date. Please make sure this move-in date fits with your schedule prior to filling out an application.
Occupied rental units are subject to the existing tenant vacating on time.
